I can't rate this company enough. I've been with them for 8 years and have had a number of sites hosted with them.
The customer service is outstanding and they are always very fast to respond to queries on the odd occasion you have them.
Fantastic company and I'm glad to have such a high level of care.

I am really impressed with Maxer. The hosting service is competitive and easy to.understand. I was able to pick the resources I need without losing out on other services and tools. The migration service is outstanding and I have found the support team to be super responsive, clear and so helpful. I switched from my previous hosting service after many years and it wasn't an easy choice. I am immediately reassured that I have done the right thing.

😁 The support from this web hoster is beyond believable. The support tech are some of the best support agents I've had with any company. If you need a dedicated server built or a cloud server this company is a great choice.

😠 Spiral hosting seemed to have a technical issue, which made me believe that I am able to purchase a specific domain through them, since it was a 3-letter .com domain, I made a hasty purchase of that domain with a a hosting package. Same day I purchased one more domain with them and privacy protection, to lear later that the domain they were supposed to sell has been registered for many years. After requesting a refund for the purchases, they cancelled and refunded my hosting, but kept additional domain and privacy active, refusing the refund.
Additional domain is not unusable, since they cancelled my hosting, besides I am not able to transfer domain away from them as they said I could for 60 days since registration, which would not be for free either.
After initiating a PayPal dispute, they have resorted to threats, accusing me in fraud, saying they will place a label of "bad debtor" on me and ruin my personal credit history.
Service-wise... Never got to use it myself, but

The order confirmation email and the invoice issued list only the Plan 1 hosting service. When we discovered this, we immediately refunded your hosting order in full. Our team have attempted to explain this privately to you.

😁 I've got a few problems and questions about my two sites and SpiralHosting's support always came through for me. They are reliably, quick, solve your problem without complications and save you plenty of time. I am a really satisfied customer and can only recommend them as I haven't had a bad experience with them.

😁 I've used three providers before finding Spiral, and they've been fantastic so far. They migrated my entire site over for free (which my previous provider said they'd charged ā¬70 for) and they're surprisingly quick with replying. I'd say I've never waited more than half an hour for a reply, and honestly I'd say it's less. They're very very quick and super helpful.

😞 I was with Aventure for eight years and, to their credit, it was mostly uneventful. Small issues were quickly resolved through a ticket system and the uptime was generally good.
They're friendly enough, unless you challenge their version of events or make a complaint, in which case they quickly turn nasty on you. For example, they used to have a customer message board where any hint of a complaint was routinely deleted. And that month-long outage a few Christmases ago when one of their servers completely died? Apparently the service level agreement didn't apply to my account, despite them regularly emailing me to boast about it.
The final straw came when they tried to bill me a full three months earlier than usual and tell me that my renewal date was a month earlier than it should be and always had been (despite me having evidence to the contrary). I'm now happy with a different host.
They still spam me with an invoice every morning though. [import from aventurehost.com]
