They provide in-house infrastructure and support and they have been a part of the Open Source community starting with 2005 ever since Joomla began. Shared hosting plans run on SSD storage and unlimited bandwidth. Speed is guaranteed through LiteSpeed Web Server, HTTP/3 and QUIC or Ultrafast PHP 7.4 that improve high speed. Servers are secured through features, like Let’s Encrypt SSl, WAF, Imunify360 for malware protection. With the reseller plan they provide, customers are offered advanced features: white-labeled plan with possibility for private label name servers and client Exec CRM license included.
Cloud servers are fully managed and powered by VMware. Cloud servers are configured on scalable hardware, so customers benefit from the flexibility to choose the processor, RAM, disk space or data traffic they find suitable for their needs. Cloud managed servers run on Cloud Linux 64-Bit, CentOS enterprise Linux 64-Bit. These are prepared to support multiple scripting languages (NodeJS, Python, Ruby, PHP, Perl), databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL), as well as caching systems (LiteSpeed, Caching, Redis, Zend Opcache). There are multiple addons to choose from, including both system resources for server upgrade and software licenses depending on the customers’ preferences.

😠 Support is horrible.
Love it when you have to tell them what domain you're opening a ticket for, when it's IN the ticket. That's just sets the tone for the type of half-ass support you'll get. If you don't have time to update a ticket within 24 hours it will be closed. Then you have to start all over again. The final straw was the point they told me to open a second ticket for another guy because the Joomla install wasn't working. I told them exactly where the install failed and they already had my credentials. They could have logged in as me and duplicated the error a million times but they wanted step by step instructions on what I did. They literally said, "Start with opening the browser." There is only one path to get to the install. It's not like I could have taken any different steps than the normal user. The answer is, they are condescending punks who act like brats when they don't understand a problem. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Oh, btw...the site when down because their server kept dumping logs into my site. Never got an answer on that one.
