😁 Everything has been fine with nexcess.net (their customer service is excellent) until 6/18/10 when all their nameservers crashed! I have approximately 10 sites, including customer sites, hosted there on my recommendation. Imagine my dismay when all the sites suddenly disappeared!
The only place I could get any information was Twitter - all the other folks on nexcess posting there about the failure.
I guess anyone can get one screwup, but please nexcess, let us know what happened and what you are doing to ensure it doesn't happen again!
