VPS services offer full root access through SSH (for the VPS plans running on SSD drives) and full administrative access through RDC (for VPS plans running on Windows OS). All the dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk space and bandwidth) are included in plans, but these do not seem to be scalable in case customers want to upgrade their plans.
On the other hand, dedicated servers are all scalable, so customers can upgrade their plans depending on the plan they choose as all plans are flexible and include the possibility to extend resources, but they all have a limit for dedicated features.

😠 Really not impressed with the overall company, The Directors have no customer service skills what so ever and they lie to all client all the time.I was told by one staff memebr that my server was not kept in the same place as what was advertised on the website which i found very disturbing and very unproffesional. I constantly had trouble with server it was always down and things having to be replaced! I have moved on now and I have not had any trouble with the new company as yet. Do not host with this company they are full of SH*T.
