😠 As mentioned in other reviews here, at least once or twice each year, mmaweb's server (both email and domain hosting) go down hard, often for more than 24 hours. If you have a business that depends on calls and orders facilitated by your website, your business will be shut down until MMA's server is back online.
We don't get any warning from them that the site is going down, we are never told what caused the down time after the site comes back up. And emails to them afterward requesting an explanation for the cause of the downtime remain unanswered. This has been happening more often in the past couple of years (current time is June '19).
There is no way to contact them when their servers go down because their website, email, and phone are all routed through their own server.
We are in the process of transferring our email and web hosting to another company. We are no longer able to tolerate this inexplicable problem which has adversely affected our business volume as well as our reputation.

😠 On November 17, 2017, the site has been down for over 6 hours (so far) and no contact with them is possible. Every time we call them we get busy signal. This means our mail order company is down for the day since our website and email are all hosted by mmaweb! This is inexcusable; if they had planned this, they didn't notify us, and if they had a hardware failure, they clearly don't have redundancy. Their own website is down and they 'haven't responded to email from our gmail account, so their own email is obviously down as well. This means there is no way to contact them, no way to transfer our domain to another hosting service, and no way to access email to or from our customers! This is not the right way to run a reliable hosting service. I'm assuming they're going to have a very hard time recovering from this.
