😉 MeWebHost is ok. Not spectacular, but definitely ok. Support is usually very responsive, and they've recently updated their support portal to a very nice, clean, interface that is very clear and easy to use.
MWH uses the WHM Accelerated Web Hosting Manager for reseller management accounts, and cPanel management for individual sites. The WHM is a little weird and takes some getting used to, but eventually you can get kinda used to it and be able to do anything you want without assistance.
Compared to some other hosts I use? They are FAR AND AWAY BETTER THAN M6.NET!!!! BIG TIME! And, I suppose it might also be fair to say that they are NOT as good as DiscountASP.net, although they are a lot cheaper.
Some people have accused their staff of being rude, and while I have not really experienced that myself, I can say that they don't seem terribly friendly... I'm not your average user, i actually do not want support, I want to self-serve and not be bothered with having to ask someone else for help. There have been times when I needed it, though, and they did help, but when I tried to pry for information so that I would not have to ask again, they really did not want to talk about it. I suppose that might mean that the problem was on their end, and they weren't admitting to it, but it's hard to say.
Uptime is USUALLY good, but there have been times when I had to contact them several times in a single week because a site kept going down for "no good reason".
I have used them for a while now, and as long as they don't piss me off really bad, I will probably stay with them fora while longer.
