😁 Pelayanan Ditingkatkan Lagi!
Sebagai pelanggan yang lumayan lama di Masterweb, saya rasa Masterweb dulu sangat bagus pelayanannya, cepat tanggap dan jauh dari kata lama. Tapi akhir-akhir ini, responnya kurang gercep. Butuh waktu cukup lama baru bisa solve masalah yg saya alami di website saya. Kembalikan lagi energik Support yang dulu dong! Yang siap sedia membantu cust lama seperti saya ini. Cukup sekian bintang yang saya kasih, karena sejujurnya kualitas hostingnya sudah cukup baik dibandingkan sama kompetitor lainnya. Semoga Masterweb bisa lebih baik lagi pelayanannya.
