I transferred my website from another host to mambo.co.ke and the service I received was simply awesome. They have a very responsive and prompt support, a great understanding of my specific needs.
Actually, I was dismayed when I came across this review site and noticed some very negative reviews. I wonder if these negative reviews came from direct competitors with Mambo. I got very professional support, the phones were promptly answered even at night, with even the CEO of the company getting directly in touch with me.
If you are not happy with Mambo.co.ke, then you really do not know what a professional hosting service feels like.
I would not go for any other web hosting service now. Mambo is my choice for life.

Mambo has proved to be one of the most reliable hosting services that anyone should go for. They have remained consistent in their service, with a perfect uptime for all my hosted websites with them.
Recently, they explained they had an attack to their services, which they quickly responded to. This was, in all the over 3 years I have hosted with them, the only time I experienced a downtime. But they communicated this message in time to us the customers and so we were up to date with what was going on.
Since the attack, Mambo has quickly risen back to the top in terms of their service delivery, uptime, and response to customer queries.
To me, Mambo is and still remains my web hosting service provider of choice. I now have 4 websites hosted with them and am loving their service.
Keep up Mambo.co.ke and you can be sure that you have one royal customer here in me.

Mambo have always been the best hosting provider in kenya for several years now and that is a fact. Based on the statistics and the number of .KE registered under Mambo inspite of relatively high price, there is definitely something clients find in mambo they cant get from other hosts. On May, mambo experienced one of their worst outage in some servers with uptime going below 90%. This was awful. Terrible. But I also consider the fact that, they took trouble to explain and to provide detailed notifications to affected clients until the issue was fully resolved. I have a several domain in their new infrastructure code named smart and its now recording even 100.00% uptime within 21 days. What I am happy about Mambo is, if they get a serious problem, they dont seat and relax. They do something and emerge even better. Tech companies always experience issues now and there but you are judged by how good you are at responding to it. Mambo Microsystems Ltd will always be my hosting company of choice unless they change in a bad way
