😠 malaysiahosting2u.com is the worst
I have been with Malaysiahosting2u for many years. It is by far the worst hosting service provider I know with little or NIL support. Renewal notices are sometimes missed, and even after renewed, the domain expires. This has happened on multiple times. Previous payments are not updated in the payment history. I stayed on because it was cheap, but that is about to change.

This web hosting is NOT recommended. Poor services and lack of security knowledge. Email contact and ticketing system does not response at all.

😠 frustrating experience with malaysiahosting2u
The society has planned to migrate to a penang based web designer and asked repeatedly to malaysiahosting2u to transfer hosting accounts and domain registrar.
After many frustrating attempts to contact their KL office ( no one seem to pick up the phones all the time) and weeks of waiting, I got an email saying that I'm not the domain owner and we had to go to another round of exercise to prove the ownership of the domain by way of the society's official letter. Only after another 2 week, the so called "authorization information" came from malaysiahosting2u but when I asked my new webmaster to do the transfer & start to build a new webpage, it was found out malaysiahosting2u doesn't bother to unlock the domain and remove the privacy protection. When I sent repeated reminders & calls (no one picked up again) & tried to ask them to unlock the domain, they don't bother to reply at all. Please, the society has already spent a sum of money to ask the new webmaster to take over & re-design its official website. This is absolutely unethical to refuse a consumer's right to take back its domain name.
