😠 Epic fail for beginner
I bought a domain and paid lotoses to host. After a month of failed launching and dozens of emails I learned (on my own) that you cannot transfer a domain for 60 days after purchase. Why didn't lotoses know that?

Now it's after 60 days and after a week, still no site. First the excuse is the domain expired. Really? After 2 months of owning it and paid for a year? Then it's a server issue - I'm paying you to figure this out. I'm not a computer expert! I suggest a refund for unused months and get ignored. All emails are 1 sentence responses. I'm frustrated and will NEVeR use lotoses again.
