🗨 Katz E-mail response when you write, stats to contact Katz on Skype. Where you would have a 24/7 live support person to help you at once. If you were waiting 3 days, maybe you should have contacted on Skype.

😠 Customer support? What customer support?
Katz Global has by far the worst customer support ever! They just don´t answer emails, even their 911 emergency email doesn´t answer. If they answer, they don´t answer properly. My site was disabled two days because of a DDOS on the server, they didn´t even answer why it was disable. Now the bandwith of my website ran out and they disabled the site again. Emailed them 3 times today, no answer yet. If that´s the way they treat customers, then m not going to be their customer no more. It´s just ridiculous how they treat their paying customers!

If there was a ddos attack on the server and we let you know this. Then that is why your website was down. Due to the ddos attack. I'm not certain if at that time your account was the one under a ddos attack or not. Normally if an account is under a ddos attack, then they will be blocked until the ddos attack has finished or they can upgrade to ddos protection. This is standard with any hosting company.

If your website went over bandwidth it would not be suspended manually. The server itself would do this when limits are reached. Depending on when you contacted us, how many emails were in front of yours, you may have to wait. You could contact Skype if you needed someone right away.
What customers do not realize, is that they are not the only customer of a company. There is an order that things are done in. Now if you were having ddos problems and bandwidth problems, then support would have probably been on the high side, since many people would be having issues due to your website at the time. Please understand that people are human, if it takes a couple of hours to answer an email due to situations at that time. Then I would say you are getting good service. Larger companies normally take 24 - 48hrs to contact you back. When you contact them on live support, they ask that you wait for support to get back with you. Katz do not do that with their clients, they are helped right away on live support.
