Hi all,
Though I'm not a critic, but in my last 18 years of business ethics.... I have not found any company to be so unethical and lying.
I had a verbal conversation with one of the associate of Genx hosting (mr. Ravinder), who has falsely committed and repeatedly committing false statements in 3 hours time during chat
My issues were and are
1. The most important is their phones cannot be reached or out of service, which they mention it's working fine, might be some network issue, when I told him to call back via any other no. He couldn't, he could not even what's app me a call back after providing my 4 to 5 nos. Which they are mentioning is not reachable.
2. They committed me renewal of an amount verbally, which they have clearly denied that they did not commit, which I have a proof of their recording, after sending the copy of the same to them, they changed the entire verdict, which they were lying.
3. If we have any grievances their is no one else other than mr. Ravinder who is on chat and mobile, when requested a call back from mr. Gaurav or mr. Vipin, he said they can't talk, it's been more than 10 days following up and closed after the commitment was given... check Recording
4. As per my chat on their website
Which i already have a record of ..by mail and screen shots and voice recordings, will share soon with live proofs, just waiting for their owner mr. Vipin to call me back, if he doesn't will share with all proofs, as stated below.
Their hosting control panel with years of service mentioning screenshots & their server details, their invoice which they raised over exorbitantly, their chats, their earlier bills.
For the time being sharing recording link as below, which mr. Ravinder completely denied, I was paying RS.5000 per year for reseller panel, they incremented to 10 percent which was 5 percent that too from next year, but no issues, I agreed, but what happened after that was really unimaginable, Ravinder changed his verdict from time to time, I had to pay rs. 5500 with tax it was RS. 6490, again I agreed upon, as m clients should not suffer, made payment via Paytm 5500 (2500+3000) on mobile no.7706885885, was only willing to give tax amount after conversation with seniors or mr. Vipin the owner, they again changed their commitment though, so I ended up paying rest tax in their bank account, they changed their verdict and I landed up paying tax extra which is clearly mentioned in their voice recordings and chats..
I requested them, If Ur giving me a bill than refund my paytm amount to same mob no. I will pay u through bank transfer, now this was heights, they started blackmailing me, and said u would have to give fresh renewal amount charges of RS.16000 plus... If u want refund, I mentioned I don't need refund , I would like to transfer the same through bank.
After paying amount with tax RS.6490, for which they are not ready to send bill, as they think I will have more proofs against them.
LASTLY, I would sincerely request, whenever u deal with them, always take commitments via emails or they will deny actual facts, please deal on your own risks

As per rules everyone should pay before that but they did not.
Now coming to the point they were given a Discount when purchased now in renewal Standard charges were applied as per rules, but they did not agree to pay this.
Then we agreed upon the earlier conversation in written email about 10% increment.
So out of kindness we agreed despite renewal days was over.
But again they did not paid in one go they wanted multiple installments.
Now when Our Executive Ravindra Tried to explain that there will no extension provided as they did not renew the services they threatened that "Do you know whom you are talking to?" " I am owner i want to talk to your owner"
"I have many BJP Politicians in my family"
All this could have been resolved if so called Big Politician Backed person paid the amount on time.
But no they kept threatening our executive that he was so feared and speechless as you can listen in recording that he could say anything.
All they want to delay payments but want us to bear all the heat.
Please consider the fair rule that you have to pay the services on time, before you can argue about ethics.
