😠 STUPID COMPANY
DONT GO FOR EUROVPS itz "WORST EUROVPS"
From last 2yrs iam the customer of EuroVPS, recently i purchased another VPS. Oneday i asked to change my database password for my new VPS, but the "great" EuroVPS staff Mr.John Abraham formatted my OLD VPS without taking any backup, now those guys are Offering "Dedicated Server for 2yrs" that not Offering to sell in Website(Worst configuration). i lost my Complete Clients Data which includes clients websites. Today without any intimation all my Services Stopped which include my another Paid VPS also..

🗨 John Abraham mistakenly re-installed the wrong VPS. This was an unfortunate mistake and something that was turned into a learning experience for all staff. As the Support Team Leader, John is one of the most experienced tech engineers to ever work for EuroVPS. This entire experience just goes to show that nobody is immune to making silly mistakes.
As compensation for the mistake our Engineer made, we provisioned Mr. Pratap with a brand new Dedicated Server with x3460 Quadcore, 4GB Ram, and free MSSQL 2008 licensing - valued at over 4k EUR/year. Free for 2 years.
Mr. Pratap did not accept this. He wanted it free for 20 years instead. When we refused to lock ourselves into a 20 year free contract with a historically abusive client, he then began to threaten that he will use his "300 staff members" to discredit EuroVPS around the web unless we paid him 10,000 EUR cash as hush money.
This act of criminal extortion and blackmail breached our TOS and is NOT acceptable at EuroVPS. We proceeded to refund ALL payments he made in 2010, over 800 EUR, and politely asked him to find another provider.
To recap:
1. Dedicated Server valued at 4x the value of his VPS was provisioned free for 2 years as compensation.
2. Pratap not satisfied. Begins threatening us for 10k EUR in hush money.
3. EuroVPS is not amused. Refunds all payments, and requests client find alternate hosting arrangements.
