😁Hosted a site for a friend 3 years ago and no issues, and no downtime. Email works fine, control works fine, and my emails with questions have been answered very quickly.

😠EMWD is deceptive and vindictive I have retained EMWD for over 10 years. The last several have been rough. I knew I was paying a premium for services, but figured I would receive the customer service to warrant it. Not so. After a disappointing response to my query as to why my website was down, I decided to switch companies. When I informed Brian, he went ballistic. Called me names, accused me of delusional behaviors, locked me out of my account and stole my WHOIS information. I am in shock. My account is paid for a year and now I have to hire an attorney to get my domains back. Oh, and they are my children's. They don't even have a business yet. And he stole them. I've also learned never combine domain name and web host. Or this is what will happen.
🗨 This client's review is simply not the truth. They emailed me directly for a quote on redesigning their website. I asked them if they could actually use our support ticket system for communicating with us which they did. However they became upset that I asked to them to use our support ticket system. They were accustom to emailing me directly however we were growing and found that our support ticket system allowed us to handle the support needs of our clients more efficiently.
They filed the support ticket and I responded with a lengthy quote to redesign their website. They responded with this:
"> I have cancelled my work order and will be transferring my domain > www.pharmascore.com. It has been over 10 years since we have been doing > business together. Most of it has been good. However, the set of email > exchanges were disturbing. I will eventually transfer my other domain names to > a more affordable provider. Take care Brian. - Best, ****"
I responded with this:
"Ok. I just reviewed my email exchange with you and all I asked was for you to submit a support ticket and to review our support policy. How was that disturbing? "
I never received an answer.
In her 10 year history with EMWD, she only opened 3 support tickets. All were handled promptly and professionally. Her website was never down. I never went ballistic on her or called her names. I also did not steal her whois information and her domain names remained completely under her control.
