😠 I've used this company for more than 5 years. They have been fine up until recently. I like the way I can quickly get sites up on line with Wordpress with them. But recently I have noticed that my sites have been dropping off line and then going back on line. I rang the support on a Friday because I had just set up a load of advertising campaigns to run for the weekend and was a way from my computer and noticed the sites I was running the ads to were down. They told me they couldn't do anything until the technical support staff came in on the Monday! The site came back on line on the Sunday. A month later I noticed same problem drop in people going to the sites to zero. Checked the sites (all 28) - down. I phoned the support the next day 12 hours later. They said they'd pass it on to their Technical team and they would get back to me. 24 hours later no response even though I have rung them again to find out what was going on. No response on Twitter. No response on Facebook. No response from email to support? Perhaps they saw the film The Martian and thought "Lets go there". In all I don't they have a technical department at all. If the guys who answer the phone can't sort it you're stuffed. Moving sites today!
