😠 Ace-host are thieves.
Stay away from these people! All the terrible reviews here are true!! They are definitely theives. They refuse to refund my money as well that they charged me even though I sent multiple emails asking to cancel the hosting. PLus, they cancelled the hosting. So, they are keeping my money for two years hosting yet I am getting nothing for it. Heed our warning. STay away from these people. It's not worth the headache if you ever want to cancel. Also, the hosting servers do not have 99.9% uptime like they would like you to believe. I had multiple problems with their hosting service which is why I left them in the first place and then 2 years later they charged me for a renewel and now won't give me that money back.

😉 I guess I've been with them since they started. about 2005. Yes, I've had some problems, in fact the only reason I'm even on this review site is that I am experiencing some downtime at a very crucial time for my business. I could be angry as all heck and it is not the first time that I've experienced some issues. But, I am one of the "lucky one's" I guess who seems to have just a fine experience with them. I have been angry sometimes when I paid late and they took forever to get me back on but in the end they have been a human presence in the world of machines. Unlike many people I guess I don't mind dealing with people even if it comes with its irritations. Remember I am writing this while being seriously inconvenienced by a downtime. Ace-net please get me back up soon and keep doing your best. I seem to be a veteran customer and in these years of being with you I found your service to be well worth the cheap price. To be clear In five years I can remember only two down times and no false billing.
