📅 - Alert Logic released the results of their study, Evolve Your Security Operations Strategy to Account for Cloud, on Tuesday. The results showed that three quarters of businesses that use the public cloud use the same security operations strategy regardless of the infrastructure in question.

Many security teams are updating and adapting their strategies to better address the cloud service delivery models of today. The study surveyed 100 cloud security infrastructure decision-makers. Other findings include:

51% of companies are spending more on security after cloud adoption
49% of companies are writing new policies and strategies for cloud security
46% are reevaluating their security operations
