📅 - JavaPipe, an internet solutions company, has launched a new unmetered VPS hosting service option. The company will offer two plans for this service with 1 gbps of bandwidth for both. The smaller plan offers 8GB DDR3 RAM, 8x 3.4GHz CPU cores and 750Gbps DDoS protection. The other plan offers 60 GB of SSD storage and they do have a third plan with 800 GB of SATAIII storage. All plans include free lifetime SSL certificates and layer 7 DDoS filterng.

JavaPipe is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and was founded in 2001. They offer many products and services including cloud and security scrubbing options.

Jason Waxman, VP and GM of Intel's Cloud Platforms Group, stated the following in an interview:

“We see that the world is moving to scale computing in data centers. Our projection is between 70 and 80 percent of the computing, network, and storage will be going into what we call scale data centers by 2025.”
