📅 - Dell and EMC May be Merging Very Soon - Dell, a multinational computer company and EMC, a computer data storage company may be discussing a merger. Many sources have reported the merger may be happing this month.

Dell is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, while EMC is headquartered in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. If this merger happens, the value of the company will be about $75 billion, which will make it the largest deal in the IT world to date.

Reports have suggested that executives from both companies have not been told about the merger discussions, just yet. However, discussions between Joe Tucci and Michael Dell have been reported.
