👈 Official Responses: 0) announced on Wednesday it will sponsor a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team, which marks the first time the No. 25 Go Daddy Chevrolet car, driven by Brad Keselowski, will in the Sprint Cup Series.


The company previously announced last month that it would be a broadcasting sponsor for the Sprint Cup Series Sylvania 300 race at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire.

This latest sponsorship for the stock car racing challenge will take place Saturday during the Bank of America 500 in Concord, North Carolina.

"Go Daddy is excited to be part of NASCAR's Sprint Cup Series," says Bob Parsons, Go Daddy CEO and founder. "And we think the fans will agree, Brad Keselowski might be young but he has the makings of a champion."

Keselowski is currently ranked third in the Nationwide Series point standings, having previously won two races this season as well as nine top-five finishes.

Go Daddy has slowly built its lineup of all-star drivers, starting with NASCAR's Dale Earnhardt Jr. and IndyCar Series winner Danica Patrick. Rounding out its lineup are sponsored NASCAR drivers, Ron Fellows, veteran Mark Martin and NASCAR rookie Landon Cassill.

Keselowski will race the No. 25 Go Daddy Chevrolet for a second time November 2 at Texas Motor Speedway in the two-race deal with the Hendrick Motorsports team.

The company made its NASCAR debut as the primary sponsor for the No. 5 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet, designed by Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

The web host is known for its calculated marketing approach, which seems to appeal to mainstream audiences through various professional sports sponsorships. In addition to sponsoring auto-racing events, Go Daddy has previously announced sponsorships with the NFL and college football.

The Bank of America 500 will be aired on Saturday at 7 p.m. EST on ABC.
