May 5, 2003 : Modwest Upgrades Hosting Packages

📅 May 5, 2003 - Modwest, Inc. (modwest.com ) last week announced that it is upgrading the features of all its shared hosting packages. The new packages will become available to both new and current customers beginning May 1.

"Since we recently successfully migrated our server infrastructure to a new high-bandwidth facility, our costs have gone down,? said John Masterson, vice-president and co-founder of Modwest. ?We felt it was important to pass along these savings to our customers."
Among the upgrades, the new shared hosting plans include up to 40GB of data transfer and all of Modwest's packages now include 200-350 percent more bandwidth. New customers looking to take advantage of the upgraded plans can sign up online and active their accounts immediately.
Modwest is a Montana-based provider of shared and managed hosting services.
