As for ZipServers servers, I must say they are stable and fast - this what I like. I also like the features they offer: one click installer, website builder, wordpress templates. Most of the time I deal with this web host, my server and network uptime is as promised - 99.9%. Well, the speed of my sites is pretty good, pages load fast and I'm quite happy with this. Thanks.

Have tried other hosting providers, but ZipServers has proven to be on point to provide exactly what i need. Just as important it provides good customer service. They are quick to resolve issues and patient when things are not easily understood. Updates are provided on a timely basis and they provide regular correspondence to us. I really enjoy my hosting experience dealing with them.

😃 Quite unreliable hosting, server goes down regularly. I lost my account password and it took me 10 days to get a replacement password sent to me. This is NOT acceptable, yes it was my fault for losing it, but no password recovery should take that long! I lost so much money. Internal support is adequate, you will get a response within 10 minutes to 2-3 hours depending on the time of day, but overall quite speedy and usually very polite.
If you need simple hosting, do not use ZipServers, if you're an owner of a large website like me, then consider them, their prices are very reasonable, but with value, comes problems.

😠 VPS was junk, barely worked. Licensing issues all the way. Overall, without getting into detail, i received a Lemon VPS.
