OCOSA Communications has a history of providing data center services and Internet hosting solutions to businesses, organizations, and small communication service companies.

OCOSA Communication, LLC had its initial start as OCOSA Communications in 2003 founded by Otis Surratt, Jr. OCOSA Communications, operated by a group of individuals, offered web hosting, e-mail, domain name service (DNS) hosting, computer solutions, and network consulting. OCOSA Communications was a small business locally owned and operated by a minority family with a 30+ year residency in North Tulsa.

Since OCOSA is a facilities-based provider, they have the luxury of owning their data center, that is climate controlled, redundant in HVAC, power, and connectivity; whether it's means of local access or Internet; OCOSA has total control over their physical and logical network. In detail: from providing web hosting, dedicated and virtual servers, managed services, Internet connectivity, Metro and long haul private lines OCOSA is your source.
