😠 Service became really slow recently, support is bad (not to mention the fact that they close your tickets when you ask for a voucher after something did not work... that's unacceptable and unprofessional), etc. they got sold a months ago, and their interface is now really, really ugly AND totally unfriendly (too bad I can't submit a screenshot...). Overall service used to be below average but it's now very poor. Some of their options also simply don't work. After reporting the same issues for 10 years, at some point you leave. And that's where they are good: at least you can easily leave them (sic). Simply avoid, unless you like putting your biz at risk.

😠 Blackmailed if domain expires
Bought just the one domain name, but when it expired rather than the €5 to renew they are charging €12.50 plus €40. They refuse to let anybody else renew or allow you to renew it normally after it has expired. Instead they kill your web site and email for a month, destroying your business, unless you pay up their blackmail charge. The worst kind of registrar. Do not trust with your domains.

😠 been with them for many year with many dedicated server... Their support is horrible... 2 weeks of waiting and most support ticket stayed unanswered... try their phone number or online chat... no one is working there! The owner is a commercial and do not care about his customer or about the reliability of his services!
