Don't believe me? just try writing to their livechat - no response ever.
Our cpanel license is currently suspended at cpanel, but we did pay the invoice and NDC says its active in their panel.

😠 Poor Support!
I Got a cPanel license from them for a VPS hosted on another server. They have very poor support. They take up to a week to respond for anything and for each message, if at all!

😠 Placed order on Sep 20th, till today (Sep 24th), no response from seller despite 2 support tickets were created. Started dispute with PayPal where seller has the opportunity to issue a refund or work with buyer but seller chose not to do so.

😠 HORRIBLE SUPPORT, CONSTANT SYSTEM PROBLEMS. I am moving away from them at the start of the new year. Seems like they do only have 2 people working for them.

😠 I had my VPS with NDC Host for over a year. The only reason I stayed with them for so long was because I didn't feel like going through the pain of moving all of my domains. I believe there are only 2 people that work there Garret & Steve. For all I know they could be the same person using two emails. The support was ok when you could get a hold of them. I've had tickets sit in the queue for over a week with no response. Most recently I had a huge problem and it was my fault. I ended up deleting some system files via shell. they did get right on it and backed up my old files to a new location, however, the rest was on me. I had to go through google and find ways to rebuild cpanel and get my accounts back. Further cries for help went ignored for over 2 days. I ended up getting most of it back and at that point they or should I say he finally replied.

Never once found a rep on live support. Called their phone line a few times, they don't answer. Support tickets over email will get a response 40% of the time, and you should expect to wait several days. I agree with the other reviewer, this company might be a scam.
