Fiabilité = 0 !!!
N'allez pas chez eux !!!

😠 in the web there is bad feedback about them.
i can tell about my point of view that they have a bad customer service.
there is a technical problem when you tried to download form explorer group of files, they didn't help with that so i changed to chrome.(in the free version you need to download every single file).
they charge you every month - you need to know that. you can't subscribe just for one month.
i realize after couple of month that they keep charging me, but they didn't except to give me a refund, for all this months.

🔧 Services: File UploadStorage/BackupWith services available for Windows, Android, OSX, iPhone or web, MediaFire is both a hosting provider and an online storage and collaboration company. They are proud to announce that over 150 million people use MediaFire to store and share data in cloud every month.
The company provides cloud hosting plans (part of shared offer). Except for the basic level plan, all plans have priority support, ad-free sharing and downloads and long-term storage. For file management, customers will benefit from FileDrop and FileDrop uploader, direct link to files as well as password protected files. They give bulk downloads, the possibility to upload from any website and one-time links.
💰 Price & Cost
The prices displayed for their plans are reasonable for the hosting industry and customers can also benefit from promotion available here.
However, their products are not refundable, so customers cannot ask for their money back in case they are not satisfied by the services.
⌛ Reliability
The company does not give any mention related to a specific uptime rate.
🏢 Data Center
The company is located in Texas, USA.
✍️ Customer Support
Tech support at MediaFire can be contacted via ticket support, e-mail or phone. There is no live chat available, unfortunately. When accessing their support section, customers can consult their FAQ to find solutions for problems that can be commonly encountered.
🔨 Control Panel
There is no mention of any industry control panel, therefore they use their own developed software.
🎯 Conclusion
MediaFire offers cloud hosting options besides offering online storage services. These are well-equipped and come at affordable prices. However, there is no money-back guarantee, so customers might look for other providers that have refundable products.Overall, MediaFire is a great choice that offers well-packed plans, comprehensive support options and affordable prices.

Fast Technologies Launches Platform for Scalable (CDN) and File Hosting - VIDEO - Fast Technologies has announced the launch of Fast.io, a platform for "scalable and reliable" file hosting. It is a solution for designers, developers, and marketers looking to automate everything needed to host and track files and static websites at an enterprise scale.
The Fast.io platform would simplify and automate the cumbersome steps required to add, manage, update, deploy, and analyze static assets directly on content delivery networks (CDNs) like Akamai, Fastly, and Cloudflare.
It would tightly integrate with existing workflows and preferred cloud storage service (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, MediaFire (mediafire.com), Box, and GitHub) to manage files. It includes an integrated CDN, using Cloudflare and Akamai for lightning-fast global deploys, a visual dashboard, and detailed, accurate analytics data sent to Google Analytics and Mixpanel.

😁 Pro account payment method
Been a pro account user for over 3 years. One thing you need to be aware of is that Mediafire has a weird billing proceedure. I pay a year in advance because I don't like companies tapping into my paypal account on a monthly basis. Last year, my year long subscription expired in Jan 2011. I paid, in advance, in Dec 2010 for another year. Found out that the renewed "subscription" is activated from the payment date, Dec 2010, not appended to my current subscription, expired in Jan 2011. I effectively paid double for Dec. After a bunch of emails, I finally got them to readjust my subscription from Dec 2011, to Jan 2012. I contacted them this month on how to pay this year to avoid any hassles. Basically, let your pro account expire, then renew for another year. If you pay for a year subscription using paypal, review your paypal account. Mediafire will have the one year charge, but they also add the recurring monthly charge to start up after your year long charge expires. The recurring [read more...]

😞 It's quite good sometimes, but since is already a very famous file host, its cheapness make him very saturable, so sometimes its just too slow.

😃 In one word ''Very great!''.In my view Media Fire is the best because like other websites such as Rapid Share,Mega upload etc takes so much time for the download link to appear and no parallel downloads.but in Media Fire there is no waiting and many downloads at one time.
And in my opinion its great

😞 This company is not upfront with you. When they say "Unlimited" they are just lying to you.
They deleted my account because I was using too much storage which they say violated their terms of service. so this "Unlimited" bullshit was a load of crap.
Keep in mind you get what you pay for in this industry.

😁 The coolest hosting site ever.No limits on downloads. No waiting time.Free service.Fastest download speeds.Download accelerators allowed. No limitations based on country/IP.What more could you ask for??...Its perfect in every sense and stands as an example as to how other hosting sites should be.
📅
Gina Carey (gdcarey@g...)
😠 Difficult to upload files sometimes. Deleted over 100 files without notice. Nowhere does it say that files will be deleted if account is not accessed very, very frequently. In short, they suck. Made my life a living hell when the files were deleted. Not only do I hate them, I hate that I referred other people to them. No longer, now I warn everyone to stay away! Your files are NOT SAFE!
📅
azam (ymail92@y...) / -
😉 mediafire sucks. why you cant store my file properly...?? i upload my file in RAR and when someone download it and extract, the file can't be extracted.. one more thing, when i download mp3 from here, the mp3 sound buzzy.. i don't know who's fault?? my internet download manager or mediafire...
📅
Pete Maher (peter.maher@p...)
😠 On the face of it MediaFire seems to offer good value for money. We took out the pro plan and found within days that one of our files is always reporting as not being available on any of their servers. Uploading the same file to another location on their server ends up with the same result - Changing the binary content of the file very slightly and the file is available. Unfortunately changing the binary content of the file is not an option.
Raised the problem with "customer support" and have been chasing almost daily for past 14 days with the only response being that the technical support team are investigating and will get back to us. Repeasted requests for status updates have been ignored.
