😁 I contact the help desk of LayerOnline because I had problems in my domain, the chat online was direct and efficient, but when they turn me to another area I was really surprise, they solved immediately, less than 5 minutes, I felt so secure and make me think one more time I taked the rigth choice in my hosting ... sorry about my english!

😁 I am in Australia and, due to the time difference, have never been able to get a prompt response from my US web hosting companies despite their claims of 24/7 support. It often took days to resolve a problem. LayerOnline are very different. They resolved a problem within 1 hour of a support ticket being lodged even though it was the middle of the night in the US. Really good service.

😁 I have been with a variety of hosting companies over the past few years and I'm really glad a friend suggested Layeronline Hosting for my new project. Their prices can't be beat and the support has been phenomenal. The techs respond almost immediately and they have saved me a couple times already. Even the chat support people are fairly knowledgeable, which is hard to find.

😃 Following on from my review below, I went ahead and paid the overdue fee and extra amount, and straight away my website came back up. I then complained saying they had a 99.9% uptime gaurantee. I got a refund straight away. This has restored my confidence somewhat, so I've reposted this review with ratings better reflecting the value for money and good support overall.

😠 Please avoid LayerOnline. First they said there was some "attack" on their servers, site uptime was erratic and then it took my site down for two whole days. No sooner had they fixed this they sent out invoices and threatened to suspend my account. An email soon follwed saying this had been a mistake. The next day my account was suspended and a $2 late payment had been added. This is incredible.

The response generic, I guess there is a language barrier here. ALWAYS downtime. ALWAYS an excuse. After many months they have not fixed my problems. 😁 I really like Layeronline. They are usually very quick in responding to issues. I feel like they notice and deal with my needs. For several months there were occasional times when access was slow. After a major DDOS attack in April, they upgraded and now 90% of the time it is extremely fast. I mean blazing! Whoever heard of a Joomla site being fast! This one is!

😃 I was about to cancel my host plan due to multiple server downs. I was assured this was a temporary condition, so I decided to give the LayerOnline some more time to see if it would be improved.

I am glad I stayed, it is mostly %100 up time. I got good customer service, Wei is a good guy there.

😞 My website is hosted at LayerOnline since couple of days. It seems it has pretty fast down load speeds when the server is up but everyday there are several sevice breaks from 45 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. I will wait and see if they would improve what ever is effected for some more days or I might go back to LunarPages, my old web host where there is almost no down time.

😁 I bought a gold plan upon adviceof my friend. Simply that I can say, I am happy with them. They are seconds next to you. Yes fast, yes full of features and for me my wordpress blog is really works well there.

These are the things important to me. I know I can find them at other companies but I just ran into these guys and I have no problem up to now.

I am hosting my site on Layeronline for a period of time. I also have some hosting accounts with other companies. Actually what I suffered most about them was the speed of my sites. They were really slow.

Then I started google "Speed Blog Hosting" or something like that and I ran into Layeronline.com. At first, I thought to myself "too goog to be true". Including lots of features that is impossible to count here one by one.

I am not here to judge Layeronline.com in a perfect way. Or I am not here to give negative reviews about the other hosting companies. In fact, as far as I am concerned, their services and opportunities were al good. But as I stated before, speed is my main concern and I was just looking for a remedy.

That is why I am here. Layeronline.com offers the fastest site for me. I tested it making the exact copy of my host on other companies. The speed was two-five times better on Layeronline.com.

😠 F****g slow as f^&*k aggravating host. SLOW SLOW SLOW especially after a certain time usually late night. when and if they finally decide to update you about downtime or problem it's usually after the fact and when you complain. yeah php configs and access screws up sites sometimes when you do an upgrade or something.

😠 Please stay away from this host. I don't know who the hell mike hayes is but i do smell a rat. I cursed the day i ever went with this hosting. It is damn slow and configurations always screw up your sites.
