😠 Worst company I have ever dealth with. Got hit with late fees when not fault of mine. Site kept getting hacked. Ripped me of for $44 when tried to cancel site. Avoid!!!

😠 VPS checkout process allows a customer to complete transactions that are unworkable i.e Ubuntu VPS with cPanel, and the response go through and buy another one with CentOS as the operating system.
Cancelling a VPS still results in them sending you monthly invoices cPanel etc and then adding a $10 late fee when you don't pay it. Customer service is near non existant, queries are resolved over a period of days with Indian based staff who do not understand the products they are supporting.
Bottom line is you get what you pay for, Jumba may be cheap but the service is far from good!
