😠 Wow. I have never received worse customer service in my entire professional life. After I signed up, I had some basic questions and hoped to get easy answers. Called and got berated by this guy who sounded annoyed that I even had questions. The tone and unprofessionalism in his voice was shocking.

😠 I would like to first start out by saying I have NOT used their IT services, but still wish to allow people the transparency of this companies dealings. While yes their YT channel is entertaining and I have found myself watching a decent amount of their videos, I cannot in good conscious not say something. Virtbiz has come out with two videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydpPB2UJDXc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Av2jzYa3jtk&t=19s "explaining" the parking scams that has been caught on their security footage. While that is all good, it only adds insult to injury that with in the last 4 days this company IS still working with All Star https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agJyoLppzKU The same employee in both videos is seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPorC3jwUc4 comes out to talk directly to the tow truck and instruct them which car to take and this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6R4LVtvmdnE I am not saying this employee is bad, but only showing Virtbiz is [read more...]

😃 I have a plan with the amount of data storage and traffic I want and the price I can pay. e-host-direct resells from HostDime and that looks well until now. The CPanel works fine and today noted that the client area works on HTTPS (a new feature).
The customer service responds quickly, a hour in average.
