😠 Expensive and charged for 6 months of no service
Bought domain name thru Conexim, and then forwarding service.They didn't tell me domain name expired, but continued to charge for forwarding when it wasn't physically possible to supply it. Six months of phone calls and they finally stopped taking money from my credit card - but said it was still my fault and no refunds would be given for first four months. Apparently they didn't receive my emails (even though I also rang four times) because the forwarding didn't work, because they weren't providing it and somehow that's my fault not theirs! Bottom line $11 x 6 months for nothing but denial and having their operations manager scam the phone down on me.
