😠 We used to be a customer for many years until this week. Had to physically drive to the datacenter on many occasions over the years just to see what problems were going on because they don't communicate at all with customers, don't have any phone redundancies, and don't use status pages.
Did that for the last time on Monday 6/13/22 around 1PM EST, as they had a 22 hour full transit outage due to non-payment of their bills, blaming it on the former owner, then blaming misconfiguration. We had to physically remove our rack of equipment and stand up elsewhere because they had no ETA for restoration, and no network techs on site. Turned out they didn't have any real redundancy at the network level and no backup plan either.
The following morning, they got some kind of transit restored, and then deleted the entire discussion of it on their Facebook page. I'd be very cautious dealing with this company, and definitely wouldn't put anything mission-critical here. If it's your hardware,

😁 We are DNSExit.com and we are using ColoStore as one of our data centers. Nothing to complain. We using over 30 data centers and ColoStore is by far the best. Those guys working there are pretty cool. They give you tons of fee hands and never ask for extra charges. Anytime you need them they are there (unlike other data centers always asking for extra charge). We have been using them for 10 years and never got a little bit problem with them.

😁 The only thing I can say about ColoStore.com is that they are truly AMAZING. We have been with them for over a month; and since we migrated they have bent over backwards for us on everything. When emailing them they are sure to get back to you within 10 minutes with an answer.
We had ordered a dedicated i3 machine from them; and within the first couple weeks they earned our trust. Within three weeks of being with them we sent them our Dedicated Server for colocation services.
The price is unbelievable; the support is amazing, phone support is 24/7, and the network speeds are super fast. I was with ServerBeach in the past; and this destroys that corporation.
I do hope that the company expands, and gets the recognition they very well deserve.
